Humble and hungry, Kurt’s journey began at the University of Florida where he studied Advertising, Persuasive Messaging, Digital Media, and business. This experience ignited his passion for harnessing the power of communication to inspire action and fuel success.
His career is marked by a relentless drive to optimize efficiency and foster growth. Prior to founding DHCG, Kurt left a lasting impact in multiple roles within the legal industry, ranging from Operations Manager roles at leading law firms to the development and execution of cutting-edge training programs at Trial School. His unwavering commitment to operational excellence and strategic analysis not only earned him a respected reputation but also sparked significant growth for these organizations.
Kurt’s innovative spirit has also guided him in co-founding Alyssa Maldonado Design, a flourishing floral design service. As COO, Kurt handles everything from website development to marketing strategies, all while overseeing the financial, legal, and administrative aspects of the business.
